Given this is the name of a famous Michael Jackson song it’s good that it makes you want to get up and move your body after drinking it. The taste is  satisfying and light and leaves you feeling energised and clear. Enjoy!

  • 1 broccoli head

  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 green apples

Juice all ingredients in your Kuvings Cold Press juicer in the following way:

  1. Broccoli – add the whole broccoli head and stem in small speices
  2. Cucumber – next juice the cucumber
  3. Apple – finally juice the apples
Makes approx 1 litre of juice depending on the size of the fruit.
