Day 5 of the 12 Juices of Christmas

The beautiful yellow colour of this juice looks like sunshine in a glass. Sweet, juicy and with a little hint of ginger, it hits all the right spots! EnJoy.

  • 1 pineapple

  • 3 oranges

  • 1 knob ginger

  • 1 lime

Juice all ingredients in your Kuvings Cold Press juicer in the following way:

 

  1. Pineapple – juice the pineapple first, remove the skin and cut into small pieces for easier juicing
  2. Oranges – then add the oranges with the skin removed
  3. Ginger – next pop in a knob of ginger… I like to use one thumb size piece
  4. Lime – lastly juice the lime… you can leave the skin on for a bit of extra zest
Makes approx 1 litre of juice depending on the size of the fruit.
