Day 7 of the 12 Juices of Christmas

Wow his juice is creamy and smooth as silk. Very easy to drink with a nice balance of musical sweetness. Rock On. EnJoy.

  • 1 rockmelon (cantaloupe)

  • 2 apples

  • 2 oranges

  • 1 lime

  • 1 turmeric piece

Juice all ingredients in your Kuvings Cold Press juicer in the following way:

  1. Rockmelon – juice the rockmelon first, with skin removed, because they are the softest ingredient
  2. Oranges – then add oranges with the skin removed
  3. Turmeric – next pop in a piece of turmeric… I like to use one thumb size piece
  4. Apple – next juice the apples… they are hard and will push through the soft oranges and rockmelon
  5. Lime – lastly put the whole lime in with the skin on
Makes approx 1 litre of juice depending on the size of the fruit.
